Following is a listing of cities in alphabetical order which have a presense on the Web.
All of the internet sites mentioned contain a listing of people from the city. Some of the
sites may also contain other information related to the city. The school homepages have to contain a listing of people from that school in the city.
Several of the cities have channels on IRC that are associated with them. By clicking on a channel name you will be able to get to its homepage. If the channel name is not highlighted that means that the channel exists on IRC, but it does not have a home page. The network listed near the channel is the network on which this channel exists (a list of servers for each network can be found in mIRC program for IRC).
Coding listed under each link corresponds to coding available at the site. They include WIN-1251/2, KOI-8, MAC, LAT(translit), ALT, and english (not a coding, but seems like the best place to mention it).
